Logística reversa: pós-consumo no setor de lâmpadas fluorescentes em Franca

Abstract

Este trabalho tem por objetivo mostrar a importância da logística reversa nas organizações, expondo a forma como esta sendo executada a coleta, seleção e transporte das lâmpadas fluorescentes em Franca. Foram apresentadas melhorias na logística reversa atual deste processo usando como base referencial teórico e estudo de caso. Adotando a logística reversa a organização obtém uma diferenciação por serviço o que gera uma vantagem competitiva perante seus concorrentes, agrega valor econômico, de imagem corporativa, atende a legislação vigente e satisfaz os anseios da sociedade. Podemos concluir que o processo existente não está adequado a necessidade do setor e que as sugestões de melhoria podem ajudar a padronizar todo o processo de maneira correta, diminuindo assim consideravelmente o volume de resíduos perigosos ao meio ambiente e a reintegração de todos os componentes da lâmpada fluorescente ao ciclo produtivo.The aim of this work is to show the importance of the reservation logistics in the organizations, exhibit how they are doing the collect, the selection and the transportation of the fluorescent light in Franca. We can analyse some improve in the logistics in this process basis in the theory references and in the study of the case. Using the reservations logistic the organization has a differential in his services with this the company can get some advantages against the contestant, the economic value, attend the present legislation and it is good for the society. We can conclude that the process that exist today is not suitable to the necessity of the section and the suggestions to improve the process that exist today can help the standardize of the process in the correct way, with this suggestions the company can reduce considerably the dangerous residue in the environment and reintegrate all the components of the fluorescent light in the production cycle.
