Racismo estrutural e suas implicações no mercado de trabalho à pessoas negras

Abstract

A presente pesquisa tem como o objetivo delatar evidências e assim discutir pautas sobre como o racismo estrutural vem prejudicando não somente aos pretos mas à sociedade como um todo. Inserida nos tempos atuais sua relevância se deve por uma transformação de um pensamento e a partir disso uma mudança social. É notável que os grupos minoritários tratados nesse trabalho, especificadamente, pessoas pretas, teve esse processo histórico que estabeleceram uma estrutura social discriminatória. No cenário atual, como já instituído uma constituição de sentimentos, formas de pensar e ver o mundo racista, uma classificação e limitação do papel preto na sociedade é uma política que vem prejudicando a população preta.The present research aims to highlight evidence and thereby discuss issues regarding how structural racism has been harming not only Black individuals but society as a whole. Its relevance in the current times lies in fostering a shift in thought that can lead to social change. It is evident that the minority groups addressed in this work, specifically Black people, have undergone a historical process that established a discriminatory social structure. In the current scenario, as a racist worldview comprising emotions, ways of thinking, and perspectives has already been ingrained, the classification and limitation of the role of Black people in society is a policy that continues to harm the Black population.
