Violência doméstica: não deixe o medo calar sua voz.

Abstract

Este trabalho tem como objetivo esclarecer dúvidas sobre o tema: Violência Doméstica contra mulher, criança e idoso e buscar o ponto de vista da população em relação ao Estado e as leis que amparam as vítimas. O presente texto se divide em três capítulos. O primeiro capítulo trata-se da conceituação do que é violência e a verificação da evolução histórica a respeito da Violência Doméstica e sua disposição legal, ou seja, as leis existentes, como é abordada em outros países e dispomos algumas curiosidades acerca do tema. O segundo capítulo trata das hipóteses de pesquisas referentes ao tema escolhido, o perfil do agressor e da vítima, das leis e do amparo do Estado. O terceiro capítulo expõe as pesquisas de campo que realizamos com base em nossas hipóteses, cujo objetivo é mostrar o conhecimento da população fernandopolense sobre o assunto.This study aims to answer questions on the topic: Domestic violence against women, children and elderly and seek people's point of view on the state and the laws that support the victims. This text is divided into three chapters. The first chapter it is the conceptualization of what is violence and verification of historical evolution about the Domestic Violence and its legal provision, ie the existing laws, as is addressed in other countries and we have some curiosities on the subject. The second chapter deals with the research hypotheses for the chosen subject, the profile of the aggressor and the victim, and the laws of the State of protection. The third chapter presents the field research we conducted on the basis of our hypotheses, whose aim is to show the knowledge of fernandopolense population on the subject.
