Plataforma da FATEC dispõe uma trilha insatisfatória aos usuários

Abstract

Embora existam os materiais vigentes, há pouca preocupação com a experiência do usuário que usufrui do SIGA nas FATEC’s,. O desenvolvimento do artigo exposto busca mostrar uma análise do Sistema Integrado de Gestão Acadêmica pela visão dos usuários, o qual agrega todas as funcionalidades e suas respectivas experiências fornecidas. Diante do estudo elaborado, foi possível identificar o desconforto dos alunos para usarem o sistema, bem como a insatisfação com o Design. A metodologia empregada é denominada pesquisa de campo de caráter quali-quantitativo baseada nos fundamentos da UX Research, o que permitiu realizar uma pesquisa de dados atrelado à uma entrevista com os participantes que estudam nas FATEC’s. Dos dados analisados fora observado, portanto, que a experiência desses usuários é insatisfatória e, por vezes interfere em seu objetivo ao necessitar do sistema. Salienta-se, ainda, o alto valor da UX (User Experience) para uma integração e comunicação efetivas entre o humano e os sistemas.Although there are current materials, there is little concern for the user experience who enjoys the SIGA in Fatec's. The development of the exposed article seeks to show an analysis of the integrated academic management system by the users' view, which adds all the features and their respective experiences provided. Given the elaborated study, it was possible to identify the students' discomfort to use the system, as well as the dissatisfaction with the design. The methodology employed is called Quali-Quantitative field research based on the foundations of UX Research, which allowed us to conduct data research linked to an interview with participants studying in Fatec's. Of the data analyzed was observed, therefore, that the experience of these users is unsatisfactory and sometimes interferes with their goal when needing the system. It is also highlighted the high value of UX (User Experience) for effective integration and communication between human and systems.
