Resumo
Após a pandemia de Covid-19 (Coronavirus disease), a telemedicina emergiu como uma
solução indispensável e tem ganhado cada vez mais destaque, facilitando o acesso de pacientes
aos profissionais da saúde e diminuindo significativamente a barreira da distância — fator
especialmente relevante no Brasil, país com dimensões continentais e com desigualdades no
acesso aos serviços de saúde. Visando preencher lacunas observadas nas plataformas de
telemedicina atualmente disponíveis, este trabalho propõe o desenvolvimento de um sistema
web que visa aumentar a segurança, confiabilidade e credibilidade nas consultas realizadas de
forma remota. A proposta central é garantir que a verificação e validação dos profissionais de
saúde cadastrados seja realizada de maneira rigorosa, para que os pacientes tenham confiança
e segurança no atendimento prestado. Além desse aspecto fundamental, o sistema possibilitará
aos usuários a busca por profissionais especializados, bem como a realização de agendamentos
e consultas diretamente na plataforma, promovendo uma experiência mais integrada, eficiente
e dinâmica, alinhada às necessidades contemporâneas da saúde digital e da sociedade.
After the Covid-19 (Coronavirus disease) pandemic, telemedicine emerged as an indispensable solution and has been gaining increasing prominence, facilitating patients' access to healthcare professionals and significantly reducing the barrier of distance — a particularly relevant factor in Brazil, a country with continental dimensions and inequalities in access to healthcare services. Aiming to address gaps identified in currently available telemedicine platforms, this work proposes the development of a web-based system designed to enhance the security, reliability, and credibility of remote medical consultations. The core objective is to ensure that the verification and validation of registered healthcare professionals are conducted rigorously, so that patients can feel confident and safe when receiving care. In addition to this fundamental aspect, the system will enable users to search for specialized professionals, as well as schedule appointments and conduct consultations directly through the platform, promoting a more integrated, efficient, and dynamic experience, aligned with the contemporary demands of digital health and society.
