Os direitos do trabalhador quanto ao acidente de trajeto

Abstract

O objetivo deste trabalho é de contribuir com a produção acerca da Segurança do Trabalho e como a mesma pode ocorrer no caso dos acidentes de trajeto no Brasil para, a partir dos casos e contextos do Brasil, permear melhor as pesquisas e práticas do mesmo. Em se tratando do presente estudo, a metodologia aplicada será composta de uma pesquisa exploratória e bibliográfica, onde se buscará coletar informações sobre o assunto, através de dados primários e secundários como livros, revistas, trabalhos científicos de autores confiáveis e sites oficiais na internet que tratam deste tema.The objective of this research is to contribute to the production on occeupational safety and how it can occur in the case of commuting accidents in Brazil for starting cases and contexts of Brazil, better permeate the research and practice of it. In the case of this study, the applied methodology will consist of an exploratory and literature, where it will seek to collect information on the subject, through primary and secondary data such as books, magazines, scientific works of trusted authors and official websites on the internet that deal with this subject.
