Abandono afetivo mediante a monetização dos filhos

Abstract

O presente trabalho tem como objetivo apresentar um estudo sobre os problemas atuais que crianças e adolescentes têm enfrentado, diante de exposição em redes sociais e inserção no mundo trabalhista fora da idade permitida. Visto que, apresentamos análise referente à Legislação Brasileira que se revelou despreparada para muitas situações de abuso patrimonial, intrafamiliar e emocional, que afetam diretamente no desenvolvimento da primeira infância e consequentemente na construção da futura sociedade.The present work aims to present a study on the current problems that children and adolescents have faced, due to exposure on social networks and insertion in the world of work outside the permitted age. Since, we present an analysis regarding Brazilian Legislation that revealed itself to be unprepared for many situations of property, intra-family and emotional abuse, which affect directly in early childhood development and consequently in the construction of the future society.
