Inclusão digital e deficiência visual

Abstract

A proposta deste trabalho é abordar o tema pela análise da influência da tecnologia na formação e na inclusão social do deficiente, em especial o deficiente visual, e apontar para a tecnologia que pode auxiliar essa inclusão, propiciar com propostas para que barreiras impostas pela sociedade em torno das necessidades especiais sejam transpostas e superadas. Uma abordagem ampla visa observar a necessidade de assegurar, juntamente com a pedagogia, a legislação e a ciência computacional, ferramentas para melhorar as condições sócio-econômica e cultural dos deficientes e de suas famílias, como estão hoje apresentadas ao público essas tecnologias, aplicáveis ou futuras, quais suas principais funcionalidades, atribuições e vantagens.The proposal of this work is to approach the theme for the it analyzes of the influence of the technology in the formation and in the social inclusion of the deficient, especially the deficient visual, and to appear for the technology that can aid that inclusion, to propitiate with proposed so that barriers imposed by the society around the special needs they are transposed and overcome. A wide approach seeks to observe the need to assure, together with the pedagogy, and the legislation, and the science computational, tools to improve the conditions socioeconomic and cultural of the deficient ones and of your families, as they are today presented to the public those technologies, applicable or future, which your principal functionalities, attributions and advantages.
