Resumo
A alimentação dos jovens é preocupante, pois pesquisas indicam um consumo
crescente de alimentos ultra processados, associados ao risco de doenças crônicas,
obesidade e até câncer. Dados do ministério da suade e do IBGE revelam que 60%
dos jovens consomem alimentos industrializados regularmente. Esse projeto visa
conscientizá-los sobre os riscos e a importância de optar por alimentos minimamente
processados e ultra processados. Aplicando questionários, para observamos os
conhecimentos deles sobre as diferenças desses alimentos. Assim, buscamos
promover escolhas alimentares mais saudáveis para os jovens
The eating habits of young people are concerning, as research indicates a growing consumption of ultra-processed foods, which are associated with the risk of chronic diseases, obesity, and even cancer. Data from the Ministry of Health and IBGE reveal that 60% of young people regularly consume industrialized foods. This project aims to raise awareness about the risks and the importance of choosing minimally processed over ultra-processed foods. By applying questionnaires, we aim to assess their knowledge of the differences between these foods. In this way, we seek to promote healthier food choices for young people.
