Abstract

O presente Trabalho de Conclusão de Curso apresenta o plano de negócio da Excellense Tecnologia em Segurança, uma empresa focada em oferecer soluções inovadoras de segurança eletrônica, automação e monitoramento inteligente. O estudo teve como objetivo avaliar a viabilidade técnica, mercadológica, operacional e financeira da empresa, considerando o crescimento da demanda por serviços integrados à Internet das Coisas (AIoT) e à Inteligência Artificial (IA). Por meio de pesquisas de mercado, mapeamento de concorrentes, análise de fornecedores e projeções financeiras, constatou-se que o empreendimento possui um posicionamento competitivo sólido, com potencial de atender clientes residenciais, comerciais e corporativos na região de São José do Rio Preto. O plano evidencia que a Excellense se diferencia por sua inovação tecnológica, qualidade no atendimento e eficiência operacional, demonstrando ser um negócio viável e promissor no setor de segurança eletrônica.This Final Course Project presents the business plan of Excellense Tecnologia em Segurança, a company focused on offering innovative solutions in electronic security, automation, and intelligent monitoring. The study aimed to evaluate the technical, market, operational, and financial viability of the company, considering the growing demand for services integrated with the Internet of Things (AIoT) and Artificial Intelligence (AI). Through market research, competitor mapping, supplier analysis, and financial projections, it was found that the venture has a solid competitive positioning, with the potential to serve residential, commercial, and corporate clients in the São José do Rio Preto region. The plan shows that Excellense differentiates itself through its technological innovation, quality of service, and operational efficiency, demonstrating that it is a viable and promising business in the electronic security sector.
