Abstract

Este projeto aborda a importância da equipe de manutenção em grandes organizações para garantir o funcionamento adequado da planta industrial. Destaca-se o desafio de gerenciar o acúmulo de atividades, que, sem planejamento eficiente, pode prejudicar a qualidade do ambiente e afetar tanto os colaboradores quanto a infraestrutura dos setores. O foco principal é analisar o nível de criticidade e prioridade das tarefas, além de administrar a mão de obra disponível para resolver as pendências conforme as ordens de serviço emitidas por diferentes setores.This project addresses the importance of the maintenance team in large organizations to ensure the proper functioning of the industrial plant. It highlights the challenge of managing the accumulation of tasks, which, without efficient planning, can harm the quality of the environment and affect both employees and the infrastructure of the departments. The main focus is to analyze the level of criticality and priority of tasks, as well as to manage the available workforce to resolve pending issues according to the work orders issued by various departments.
