Abstract

O presente trabalho tem como finalidade a elaboração de um plano de negócio para o trabalho de conclusão de curso do técnico em Administração. Este é o plano de negócio de um café e livraria, Prosa e Poesia, localizado na cidade de São Paulo. O objetivo principal foi colocar em prática o que aprendemos ao longo do curso, trabalhando desde o Business Model Canvas do negócio até o plano financeiro projetando três cenários possíveis: pessimista, realista e otimista.The purpose of this project is to develop a business plan for the final project of the Administration technician course. This is the business plan for a café and bookstore, Prosa e Poesia, located in the city of São Paulo. The main objective was to put into practice what we learned throughout the course, working from the business's Business Model Canvas to the financial plan, projecting three possible scenarios: pessimistic, realistic, and optimistic.
