Um estudo sobre empresas que atuam com reconhecimento facial em relação à LGPD

Abstract

O seguinte trabalho visa estudar empresas que trabalham com reconhecimento facial para verificar se estas estão agindo sob as diretrizes impostas pela Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados Pessoais (LGPD), através de um estudo da LGPD e da investigação das políticas de privacidade e segurança das empresas, foi possível criar quadros e tabelas para fazer a comparação de forma qualitativa das empresas, utilizando as métricas criadas a partir da LGPD; podendo, assim, verificar a situação das empresas em relação à lei.The following work aims to study companies that work with facial recognition to verify if they are acting under the guidelines imposed by the General Data Protection Law (GDPL), through a study of the GDPL and the investigation of the privacy and security policies of the companies. It is possible to create charts and tables to make a qualitative comparison of companies using the metrics created from the GDPL, thus being able to verify the situation of companies in relation to the law.
