Gestão da qualidade na logística

Abstract

O presente texto relata sobre o papel e, importância da gestão da qualidade perante as dinâmicas logísticas. Portanto, para essa problemática a defesa está inserida no contexto da gestão de estoque, equipamentos e transporte, afim de fundamentar algumas posturas norteadoras no conhecimento e na eficiência. Para defender os argumentos que serão expostos adiante, é escolhido utilizar a metodologia de revisão biográfica em um aspecto qualitativo com o intuito de buscar nos estudos a identificação dos problemas e soluções. Com isso, é utilizada diversas plataformas de busca como Google Acadêmico, ScieLO, artigos em outras revistas, além do uso de teses de mestrado e dissertações de doutorado. Outrossim é importante destacar sobre a escolha dos artigos, para estes, o critério foi a busca de pelo menos 90% em trabalhos com pelo menos 10 anos, todavia, outros devido a sua importância foram adicionados sem o critério temporal.This text reports on the role and importance of efficient management in the face of logistical dynamics. Therefore, for this problem, defense is inserted in the context of stock, equipment and transportation management, in order to base some guiding postures on knowledge and efficiency. To defend the arguments that will be exposed below, it is chosen to use the methodology of biographical review in a qualitative aspect in order to seek in studies the identification of problems and solutions. With this, several search platforms are used, such as Google Scholar, ScieLO, articles in other magazines, in addition to the use of master's theses and doctoral dissertations. Furthermore, it is important to highlight the choice of articles, for these, the criterion was the search of at least 90% in works with at least 10 years, however, others due to their importance were added without the time criterion.
