Uma visão conceitual do CMM - capability maturity model

Abstract

O objetivo deste trabalho é apresentar o CMM, toda sua metodologia de aplicação e o uso de seus conceitos. Como parte dos requisitos para melhor entender o CMM será apresentado o histórico, o que significa processo para uma organização e o que é maturidade. Serão mostrados brevemente pontos técnicos da documentação do CMM, porem nada muito detalhado, pois o intuito deste documento é mostrar o CMM em um contexto empresarial, suas implicações e o impacto que a organização sofrerá ao seguir este modelo.The objective of this monograph is to show the CMM, whole methodology of application and the concepts uses. As part of the requirements to understand better the CMM the description will be presented, what it means process for an organization and what is maturity. Will be shown briefly technician points of the features of the CMM, but nothing very detailed, therefore the intention of this document is to describe the CMM in a business context, its implications and the impact that the organization will endure following this model.
