Políticas publicas: sistema único de saúde (SUS).

Abstract

Este trabalho nasceu com o objetivo de promover a divulgação do Sistema Único de Saúde (SUS), que tem sido destaque atualmente nas notícias porque vem enfrentando algumas dificuldades. Utilizamos revisão da literatura, pesquisa na internet e legislação juntamente com pesquisa de campo, para mostrar que o direito à saúde pertence a todos e que eles devem fazer uso-fruto. Além disso, as pesquisas também procuram analisar a participação do Estado na efetivação e realização deste direito. Na pesquisa de campo, com os resultados obtidos, percebemos que a sociedade é negligente e conivente sobre o assunto. Negligente, porque uma grande porcentagem de pessoas conhece seus direitos, mas permanece inerte quando o mesmo é negado. Conivente, porque observa a "falta de interesse do Estado", e permanece sem tomar as medidas necessárias. Percebe-se assim que há um problema não só na aplicação da lei, mas também na inércia dos cidadãos e do Estado.This work was born with the objective of promoting the dissemination of the Unified Health System (SUS), which has been highlighted in the news because it has been facing some difficulties. We use literature review, internet research and legislation along with field research to show that the right to health belongs to everyone and that they should make use of it.
