Segurança em redes sem fio

Abstract

O uso da tecnologia de redes sem fio (wireless) vem crescendo e com ela as interligações de dispositivos, a facilidade de acessar também aumenta a vulnerabilidade. Com o aumento da utilização destes dispositivos e estruturas, surgem problemas como a segurança destas conexões tendo em vista que são oferecidas redes sem fio em lugares como aeroportos, rodoviárias, cafés, lojas, etc. Assim, o objetivo deste trabalho é realizar um estudo de caso em relação à segurança de uma rede sem fio, mostrando algumas questões relacionadas a proteção de invasões e a estruturas de protocolos. Para isso utilizaremos técnicas do wardriving (prática de procurar por redes sem fio dirigindo) e para fazer a detecção das redes, outros programas de análise e classificação de falhas relacionadas à segurança da infraestrutura da rede sem fioThe use of wireless technology is growing and with it the interconnections of devices, the ease of access also increases vulnerability. With the increase in the use of these devices and structures, problems arise such as the security of these connections, given that wireless networks are offered in places such as airports, bus stations, cafes, shops, etc. Thus, the objective of this work is to carry out a case study in relation to the security of a wireless network, showing some issues related to intrusion protection and protocol structures. For this, we will use wardriving techniques (the practice of searching for wireless networks while driving) and to detect the networks, other programs for analyzing and classifying failures related to the security of the wireless network infrastructure.
