Abstract

Para ter sucesso não basta ter um bom capital financeiro e uma boa ideia, mas sim entender sobre o empreendimento a qual irá se submeter e para isso a elaboração do plano de negócios é fundamental. Pesquisas mostram que o insucesso de muitas empresas se deve à falta de um bom planejamento. Torna­se então extremamente necessário um plano de negócio para que o empreendedor não venha a presenciar fatos negativos em seu empreendimento. Portanto, neste projeto será apresentado através do Plano de Negócios as diretrizes que o empreendedor deverá levar em consideração para consolidar seu próprio negócio, apresentando fatores positivos e negativos na perspectiva dos clientes, e avaliando o mercado em relação aos fornecedores e concorrentes, planejando estratégias competitivas, na gestão de marketing e finanças para prever resultados e avaliar a viabilidade do empreendimento.To be successful, it is not enough to have good financial capital and a good idea, but understand about the enterprise to which it will submit and for that the elaboration of the business plan is critical. Research shows that the failure of many companies is due to the lack of good planning. It then becomes extremely necessary a business plan so that the entrepreneur does not come to witness negative facts in your enterprise. Therefore, in this project we will present through the Business Plan the guidelines that the entrepreneur should take into consideration to consolidate your own business, presenting positive and negative from the perspective of customers, and evaluating the market in relation to suppliers and competitors, planning competitive strategies, managing marketing and finance to forecast results and assess the feasibility of the enterprise.
