A falta de fiscalização do Estado no cumprimento das normas ambientais

Abstract

Neste artigo iremos abordar de forma objetiva o papel do Estado na fiscalização, mostrando a sua falta de eficiência. Os órgãos responsáveis por fiscalizar os possíveis danos e consequências de desastres e a omissão de diversas partes, seja da justiça em criar uma forma efetiva de punição de desastres causados por interferência do homem ou a falta de fiscalização para que nada aconteça e as consequências que tais acontecimentos trazem. Por fim iremos abordar os aspectos legais que por mais que se mostre ser efetivo no papel quando a trazemos para a realidade não se mostra efetiva.In this article we will objectively address the role of the State in the inspection, showing its lack of efficiency. The agencies responsible for overlooking the possible damage and consequences of disasters and the omission of various parties, whether from justice in creating an effective form of punishment of disasters caused by interference by man or the lack of supervision so that nothing happens and the consequences that such events bring. Finally, we will address the legal aspects that, however effective it is to be on paper when we bring it to reality, it is not effective.
