Resumo
Este estudo aborda o assédio moral no ambiente de trabalho nas empresas
do setor comercial, analisando suas implicações, causas e estratégias de
gestão e prevenção. A pesquisa realiza uma revisão bibliográfica sobre o
assédio moral. Primeiramente, uma análise revelou que o assédio moral
no trabalho tem impactos significativos na saúde mental dos
funcionários, manifestando-se em estresse, ansiedade e depressão. Além
disso, esses efeitos negativos afetam a produtividade, resultando em
absenteísmo e queda no desempenho organizacional. Em segundo lugar,
a pesquisa identifica os fatores de risco e causas subjacentes ao assédio
moral, destacando a situação organizacional, Como brigas e
desentendimento entres os funcionários, o ambiente de trabalho
competitivo e a falta de comunicação eficaz como elementos que podem
facilitar esse comportamento prejudicial. Por fim, são abordadas as
medidas de gestão e prevenção do assédio moral, enfatizando a
importância de políticas internas claras, treinamento de funcionários e
intervenção eficaz em casos de assédio.
This study addresses moral harassment in the workplace in companies in the commercial sector, analyzing its implications, causes and management and prevention strategies. The research conducts a literature review on moral harassment. First, an analysis revealed that workplace bullying has significant impacts on employees' mental health, manifesting itself in stress, anxiety, and depression. Additionally, these negative effects affect productivity, resulting in absenteeism and a drop in organizational performance. Secondly, the research identifies the risk factors and underlying causes of bullying, highlighting the organizational situation, such as fights and disagreements between employees, the competitive work environment, and the lack of effective communication as elements that can facilitate this harmful behavior. Finally, measures for managing and preventing bullying are addressed, emphasizing the importance of clear internal policies, employee training, and effective intervention in cases of harassment
