Homossexualidade no ambiente de trabalho

Abstract

O presente trabalho consiste em um estudo de caso, para idenficar os problemas sofridos por pessoas da Comunidade LGBTQIA+ e propor algumas soluções eficazes para esses problemas, apontando também sobre as vantagens e as necessidades das empresas adotarem políticas de diversidade e inclusão, apontando também sobre alguns problemas que as empresas podem ter em caso de preconceito. O trabalho traz pesquisas para ajudar melhor no entendimento do assunto e para que possamos nos aprofundar mais no tema.The present work consists of a case study, to identify the problems suffered by people from the LGBTQIA+ Community and propose some effective solutions to these problems, also pointing out the advantages and needs of companies to adopt diversity and inclusion policies, also pointing out some problems that companies can have in case of prejudice. The work brings research to help better understand the subject and so that we can delve deeper into the theme.
