Resumo
Esta dissertação intitulada a Influência do Marketing Digital no Comportamento do
Consumidor, aborda uma pesquisa bibliográfica e quantitativa de natureza descritiva.
O objetivo deste trabalho, é entender se o marketing está influenciando o consumidor,
dada sua evolução ao meio digital, evidenciando ambas as características. Buscou
se testar essa hipótese através de um questionário aplicado no Google Formulários –
que foi devidamente compartilhado via rede social, pois devido a medidas preventivas
a disseminação do vírus COVID-19, tornou-se inviável contato direto com o público.
Os dados obtidos nesta pesquisa estão estruturados da seguinte maneira, inicia-se a
fundamentação teórica com base nos autores Rez (2018), Kotler (2012), Solomon
(2011), Cobra (2009), Maslow(1983), (Wright, 1968), entre outros, seguido pela
metodologia separada em caracterização da amostra, resultado e discussão. Os
resultados demonstraram que os indivíduos que compram e consomem estão mais
exigentes e espertos ao adquirir bens e serviços, devida a influência do marketing
digital, e da internet que ampliou a capacidade de adquirir informações e produtos
com velocidade.

ABSTRACT This research, entitled the Influence of Digital Marketing in the Behavior Consumer, addresses a bibliographic and quantitative research of a descriptive nature. The objective of this work is understanding if marketing is influencing the consumer, given its evolution to the digital medium, evidencing both characteristics. We test this hypothesis through a questionnaire applied on Google Forms - which was properly shared by social network, because due to preventive measures the spread of the COVID-19 virus, direct contact with the public became unfeasible. The datas obtained in this research are structured as follows, the theoretical foundation begins with the authors Rez (2018), Kotler (2012), Solomon (2011), Cobra (2009), Maslow (1983), (Wright, 1968) ), among others, followed by the separate methodology in sample characterization, result and discussion. The results showed that individuals who buy and consume are more demanding and smarter when acquiring stuffs and services, due to the influence of digital marketing, and in the internet, which has increased the ability to acquire information and products with speed.
