Recrutamento e seleção x dificuldades na pandemia

Abstract

O presente estudo fala sobre a importância do Recrutamento e Seleção e fala sobre as dificuldades do profissional do RH em reter pessoas e lidar com as situações que acontece no dia-a-dia. Vimos que não é uma tarefa nada fácil, mas com dedicação e usando as ferramentas adequadas vamos conseguir vencer. E vamos ver também as estratégias do RH e suas ferramentas usados no processo seletivo e como engajar sua equipe mesmo em época de distanciamento social. Com base nessa pesquisa bibliográfica, sobre recrutamento e seleção x dificuldades pandemia, este trabalho vem fomentar de forma clara, como atualmente as organizações podendo usa-las como parte de seu cotidiano aumentando seu índice de desempenho de seus colaboradores. Para elaboração desse trabalho serão realizadas pesquisas. Este trabalho é relevante, pois contribui na motivação, pois um bom desempenho organizacional garante resultados positivos e melhoria na qualidade de vida. Podendo se basear em maneiras práticas e demonstra como motivação pode desenvolver um papel importante no aumento da produtividade, pois desenvolvimento desse tema pode ser de grande ajuda para as organizações, pois apresenta estratégias que podem ser utilizadas no dia-a-dia.This study talks about the importance of Recruitment and Selection and talks about the difficulties of HR professionals in retaining people and dealing with situations that happen on a daily basis. We saw that it is not an easy task, but with dedication and using the right tools, we will be able to win.And we'll also see the HR strategies and tools used in the selection process and how to engage your team even in times of social distance. Based on this bibliographical research, on recruitment and selection x pandemic difficulties, this work clearly promotes, as currently organizations can use them as part of their daily lives, increasing their performance index of their employees. For the elaboration of this work, researches will be carried out. This work is relevant, as it contributes to motivation, as a good organizational performance guarantees positive results and improvement in quality of life. Being able to be based on practical ways and demonstrates how motivation can play an important role in increasing productivity, as the development of this theme can be of great help for organizations, as it presents strategies that can be used on a day-to-day basis
