Abstract

Este Relatório tem como objetivo abordar as duas principais ferramentas que analisam e asseguram a infraestrutura da rede coaxial de uma das maiores empresas de Telecom (telecomunicação) do país. Estas ferramentas irão gerar informações triviais para o analista de forma que ele consegue identificar um ponto de falha para alocar equipe técnica com exatidão afim de evitar desgaste de deslocamento em grandes centros urbanos ou ser proativo em casos recorrentes evitando o contact rate (ligação/reclamação do cliente). Não se limitando apenas a isso estas ferramentas geram relatórios os quais a empresa faz uso para realizar melhorias e saber aonde investirThis Report aims to address the two main tools that analyze and ensure the coaxial network infrastructure of one of the largest Telecom (telecommunication) companies in the country.
