Abstract

O crescimento e o desenvolvimento urbano, vêm nos auxiliando em melhorias para nosso cotidiano, porém através desse crescimento urbano, cresce também algo que não deve ser ignorado que são os resíduos sólidos da construção civil (RCD). Os resíduos de construção são grandes vilões do ambiente urbano, pois quando é acumulado, se torna fonte de doenças como dengue, febre amarela além de ser chamariz de insetos e roedores, provocando uma queda no nível da qualidade de vida da população, e trazendo danos muitas vezes irreparáveis. A reciclagem dos resíduos resulta, na redução da extração de pedras de pedreiras, poupa arvores e águas, evitando que os resíduos sejam descartados em rios, riachos e mares. Na maioria das dos municípios de pequeno porte os recursos técnicos e financeiros normalmente são insuficientes, através disso, vê-se então a oportunidade da criação de uma empresa de reciclagem dos RCD. Então, o objetivo desse estudo é analisar a viabilidade da instalação da USIVIL- usina de reciclagem de resíduos da construção civil, criando um plano de negócio que terá como identificará o mercado e o processo de reciclagem de resíduos da construção civil apontando os benefícios para o meio ambiente.The growth and urban development have been helping us to improve our daily lives, but through this urban growth, something that should not be ignored is the solid construction waste (RCD). Construction waste is a major villain in the urban environment, because when it is accumulated, it becomes a source of diseases such as dengue fever, yellow fever and insects and rodents, causing a drop in the quality of life of the population, and causing damage often irreparable. The recycling of waste results in the reduction of stone quarrying, saving trees and water, preventing waste being discarded in rivers, streams and seas. In most small municipalities, technical and financial resources are often insufficient, and the opportunity for the creation of an RCD recycling company is thus apparent. The purpose of this study is to analyze the viability of the installation of USIVIL-waste recycling plant for civil construction, creating a business plan that will identify the market and the recycling process of construction waste, pointing out the benefits to the environment.
