A indústria 4.0, conhecida pela incorporação de tecnologias, promovendo ganhos de produtividade, flexibilidade e transformação vêm sendo intitulada de a Quarta Revolução Industrial. Nesse contexto, o presente artigo tem o objetivo de estudar esse movimento, analisar o papel desse novo consumidor diante dessa nova era da indústria 4.0 e da era digital.
