Casa geminada: convencional e acessível

Abstract

Este projeto se baseia em uma residência geminada localizada no bairro da Vila Gustavo, Zona Norte de São Paulo, sendo uma acessível e outra convencional. Na residência típica contamos com espaços amplos (conceito aberto), para que uma família encontre um ambiente arejável e confortável. A outra residência é totalmente acessível o que facilita a mobilidade, seguindo a norma NBR 9050/2015, onde dará ao deficiente a segurança e independência no seu cotidiano, havendo a possibilidade e condição de alcance, percepção e entendimento da forma de utilizar o espaço e o mobiliário, inclusive acionar e vivenciar seus sistemas e tecnologias.This project is based on a semi-detached house located in the Vila Gustavo neighborhood, in the North Zone of São Paulo, one of which is accessible and the other conventional. In the typical residence we have large spaces (open concept), so that a family can find an airy and comfortable environment. The other home is fully accessible, which facilitates mobility, following the NBR 9050/2015 standard, which will give the disabled safety and independence in their daily lives, with the possibility and condition of reaching, perceiving and understanding how to use space and furniture, including activating and experiencing their systems and technologies.
