Uso de drogas e consequências judiciais

Abstract

O presente trabalho aborda o tema Lei de Drogas e sua funcionalidade, considerando o uso de drogas na atual sociedade e as medidas socioeducativas e de reinserção do usuário. Tem como objetivo apresentar ao público jovem a legislação, conscientizando não somente dos crimes e penas, mas as consequências físicas e psicológicas do uso de drogas indevido. Sendo apresentadas as medidas que a sociedade e o Estado tomarão com relação aos usuários. Por fim, ajudar os jovens através de uma palestra educacional com o apoio de Marcelo Ogata do GARRA/DEIC e o Investigador Thiago Magno, ambos da Polícia Civil de São Paulo.The present assignment discusses the theme Drug Law e its functionality, considering the use of drugs in today’s society and the socio­educational actions and user rehabilitation. It aims introduce to young people the legislation, aware not only of crimes and punishments, but the physical and psychological consequences of improper use of drugs. Being presented the steps that society and the state will take in relation to users. Finally, helping young people through an educational lecture with the support of Sergeant Marcelo Ogata of GARRA / DEIC and Investigator Thiago Magno, both of Civil Police of São Paulo.
