Tráfico de animais silvestre.

Abstract

O objetivo deste estudo é informar e conscientizar a população sobre o tráfico de animais silvestres e previnir futuras compras desses animais. Fizemos pesquisa de campo para saber o conhecimento da sociedade sobre o assunto abordado na pesquisa, com o questinário que aplicamos podemos ver que a sociedade tem o conhecimento básico sobre o crime de tráfico de animais silvestres e o que acarreta a compra deles. Concluímos que o Estado precisa intervir com penalidades próprias para o crime e com leis específicas contra o tráfico de animais silvestres, assim diminuindo a compra desses animais no comércio legal e inlegal.The purpose of this study is to inform and raise awareness among the population about wild animal trafficking and to prevent future purchases of these animals. We did field research to find out the knowledge of society on the subject addressed in the research, with the questionnaire we applied we can see that society has the basic knowledge about the crime of trafficking in wild animals and what entails the purchase of them. We conclude that the State needs to intervene with its own penalties for crime and with specific laws against the trafficking of wild animals, thus reducing the purchase of these animals in legal and illegal trade.
