Ergonomia no trabalho

Abstract

O presente trabalho teve como finalidade analisar o conhecimento da ergonomia no ambiente de trabalho. A primeira parte foi feita a justificativa da escolha do tema e a apresentação dos objetivos proposto de trazer o conhecimento da ergonomia dentro das empresas. Na metodologia foi-se utilizada para o desenvolvimento do tema uma pesquisa para explorar e conhecer o tema abordado, onde foram realizadas quinze questões para identificar o grau de conhecimento da população sobre o assunto, bem como houve o recolhimento de depoimentos sobre as diferenças trazidas com a implementação da ergonomia no ambiente de trabalho. Na problematização foi-se abordado a falta de conhecimento sobre a ergonomia no trabalho e os pontos afetados para o trabalhador e a empresa. Classificou-se os tipos de ergonomia e suas áreas de atuação, os principais riscos relacionados e as ações que devem ser realizadas, e os tipos de doenças que a falta de ergonomia pode trazer para o ser humano. Apresentando a norma regulamentadora NR 17 que trata especificamente da ergonomia no trabalho. Para finalizar foram apresentadas as considerações finais do tema e as propostas para melhoria, como a conscientização do trabalhador e da empresa, da importância e dos benefícios trazidos pela ergonomia e mostrando que é possível através de adequações e adaptações se ter um ambiente de trabalho produtivo e sem riscos à saúde do ser humano.The present work aimed to analyze the knowledge of ergonomics in the work environment. The first part was made the justification of the choice of the theme and the presentation of the proposed objectives of bringing the knowledge of ergonomics within the companies. In the methodology, a research was used to explore and know the theme addressed, where fifteen questions were asked to identify the degree of knowledge of the population on the subject, as well as the collection of statements about the differences brought with the implantation of ergonomics in the work environment. In the problematization, the lack of knowledge about ergonomics at work and the affected points for the worker and the company were addressed. The types of ergonomics and their areas of activity, the main related risks and the actions that should be carried out were classified, and the types of diseases that the lack of ergonomics can bring to humans. Introducing the regulatory standard NR 17, which deals specifically with ergonomics at work. Finally, the final considerations of the theme and proposals for improvement were presented, such as the awareness of the worker and the company, of the importance and benefits brought by ergonomics and showing that it is possible through adjustments and adaptations to have a productive work environment and without risks to human health.
