Abstract

Com esse trabalho de conclusão de curso temos como objetivo estudar os processos de uma abertura de empresa, e orientar o autônomo quais são os benefícios de regulamentar seu negócio. Neste documento iremos abordar quais são os órgãos que devemos procurar para fazer a requisição do registro, o que é permitido para fazer a instalação da empresa. A intenção e mostrar todo o processo da forma mais fácil de ser compreendida pelo empreendedor, e a importância e vantagens que o autónomo pode obter com sua formalização.

With this course completion work we aim to study the processes of a company opening, and guide what are the benefits of regulating your business. In this document we will discuss which bodies we should look for to make the registration request, which is allowed to make the installation of the company. The intention and show the whole process in the easiest way to be understood by the entrepreneur, and the importance and advantages that the autonomous can obtain with its formalization.
