Sistema de automatização para o agendamento e participação em eventos do Centro Cultural de Mogi Guaçu/SP

Abstract

No Centro Cultural de Mogi Guaçu ocorre vários eventos durante o ano, alguns deles sendo eventos artísticos, stand-ups e palestras, entre outros. Desde o início até o presente momento houve melhora na divulgação dos eventos através do uso das redes sociais, permitindo maior alcance. O processo de agendamento ainda tem muito trabalho manual com as organizações e eventos, gerenciando seus cadastros, consultas e alterações dos dados. O Sistema de Automatização para o Agendamento e Participação em Eventos do Centro Cultural de Mogi Guaçu/SP, tem como intuito de automatizar todo o procedimento de agendamento necessário para o cadastro de eventos de forma rápida, segura e prática. Com a finalização deste trabalho, entregaremos um software apto para o cadastro, alteração e exclusão de eventos, organizações e pessoas, e possibilitar a consulta dos eventos e responsáveis do mesmo, como também oferecerá as mesmas funções para os seus colaboradores.At the Mogi Guaçu Cultural Center there are several events during the year, some of them being artistic events, stand-ups and lectures, among others. From the beginning to the present moment there has been an improvement in the dissemination of events using social networks, allowing greater reach. The scheduling process still has a lot of manual work with organizations and events, managing their registration, queries, and data changes. The Automation System for Scheduling Participation in Events at Centro Cultural de Mogi Guaçu / SP aims to automate the entire scheduling procedure necessary for registering events quickly, safely and conveniently. With the completion of this work, we will deliver software suitable for the registration, alteration and exclusion of events, organizations, and people, and make it possible to consult the events and those responsible for it, as well as offering the same functions to its employees.
