Resumo
O objetivo deste TG foi apresentar uma análise de mercado da Doçura Brigadeiros, destacando seu potencial no setor de doces e sobremesas. A metodologia utilizada compreende os seguintes métodos de pesquisa: na primeira fase, utilizou-se uma revisão bibliográfica com o propósito de analisar na literatura conceitos sobre planejamento estratégico, comportamento do consumidor e diferenciação de mercado; No segundo momento, aplicamos uma pesquisa de campo para avaliar o público-alvo, os concorrentes e os fornecedores da empresa. Os resultados obtidos indicaram que a Doçura Brigadeiros possui um planejamento estruturado, com foco na qualidade dos ingredientes, apresentação dos produtos e experiência do cliente, além de diversificação nos canais de distribuição. Podemos concluir que, com um plano estratégico bem definido e acompanhamento constante das tendências do setor, a empresa tem potencial para se consolidar no mercado e se destacar no segmento de doces e sobremesas.
The objective of this TG was to present a market analysis of Doçura Brigadeiros, highlighting its potential in the sweets and desserts sector. The methodology used includes the following research methods: in the first phase, a bibliographic review was used to analyze concepts in the literature on strategic planning, consumer behavior and market differentiation; in the second phase, we applied field research to evaluate the company's target audience, competitors and suppliers. The results obtained indicated that Doçura Brigadeiros has a structured plan, focusing on the quality of ingredients, product presentation and customer experience, in addition to diversification in distribution channels. We can conclude that, with a well-defined strategic plan and constant monitoring of sector trends, the company has the potential to consolidate itself in the market and stand out in the sweets and desserts segment.
