Metodologias ágeis: extreme programming x scrum

Abstract

O objetivo deste trabalho é apresentar um estudo sobre metodologias ágeis, como surgiu e seus conceitos, mas, especificamente os métodos Scrum e Extreme Programming (XP). Serão apresentados características, conceitos e serão feitas comparações entre essas duas metodologias, com seus pontos fortes e pontos fracos, além de suas diferenças e pontos comuns, utilizando uma entrevista de uma profissional da área para fazer essa análiseThe objective of this work is to present a study on agile methodologies, how it came about and its concepts, but specifically the Scrum and Extreme Programming (XP) methods. Features, concepts and comparisons will be made between these two methodologies, with their strengths and weaknesses, in addition to their differences and common points, using an interview with a professional in the field to make this analysis
