O controle da produção como ferramenta para melhorar o atendimento ao mercado consumidor

Abstract

Este trabalho teve como objetivo estudar o controle da produção e a possibilidade de melhoria no atendimento ao mercado consumidor com pesquisas e visitas técnicas. O mesmo revelou que o controle da produção pode ajudar, pois o seu tempo diminui e conseqüentemente diminui a espera do cliente, aumentando sua satisfação com o atendimento.This work had the aim of studying the control of production and the possible improvement in the service to the consumer market with research and technical visits. The work revealed that the production control can help, because its time decreases and consequently reduces the customer waiting time, increasing their satisfaction with the service.
