Gerentia Condominium Site e Aplicativo : gestão de condomínios

Abstract

O trabalho tem por finalidade auxiliar síndico e a administração na gestão e controle geral de edifício residencial na questão de reservas de áreas de lazer (churrasqueira, quadra, coworking, salão de festa, espaço gourmet, espaço fitness, spa e espaço mulher), além, de prestar suporte aos condôminos na questão de reclamação, obtenções de informações e alertas em geral sobre o condomínio residencial. A maior parte dos edifícios residenciais de pequeno porte possuem problemas de gestão, comunicação e reservas de áreas em comum, para solucionar o problema o grupo criou o Gerentia Condominium: gestão de condomínios contendo inicialmente o site de fácil intuição para utilização e o desktop, sendo que o site estará disponível para os condôminos e o desktop para o síndico e administração, para a construção do site foram utilizadas as seguintes tecnologias PHP, LARAVEL, HTML e Visual Studio Code e para o desenvolvimento do desktop foi utilizada linguagem C# no Visual Studio. Cabe salientar que o sistema foi elaborado após pesquisa realizada com pessoas que residem em vários edifícios de característica residencial de porte pequeno, em que se engloba as classes sociais de C a E.The purpose of the work is to assist the syndic and the administration in the management and general control of a residential building in the matter of reservations of leisure areas (barbecue, court, coworking, party room, gourmet space, fitness space, spa and women's space), in addition to providing support to the condominium owners in the matter of complaints, obtaining information and alerts in general about the residential condominium. Most small residential buildings have problems with management, communication and reservations of common areas, to solve the problem the group created the Gerentia Condominium: condominium management initially containing the website of easy intuition for use and the desktop, and the site will be available to the condominium owners and the desktop to the manager and administration, for the construction of the website the following technologies were used: PHP, LARAVEL, HTML and Visual Studio Code and for the development of the desktop, C# language was used in Visual Studio. It should be noted that the system was developed after a survey carried out with people living in several small residential buildings, which include social classes C to E.
