Limpeza terminal em unidade de terapia intensiva

Abstract

O presente trabalho tem como objetivo mostrar a importância da limpeza concorrente, terminal, inclusive a higienização das mãos, que são alguns dos fatores determinantes para evitar a proliferação de inúmeros caso de infecções e principalmente infecções cruzadas tendo como relevância do estudo a área de Unidade de Tratamento Intensivo, foi realizado uma revisão bibliográfica utilizando as plataformas digitais, foram separados 52 artigos e deste utilizamos 23 os demais foram descartados por não abrangerem o assunto em questão . Se faz necessário que as empresas terceirizadas que hoje são responsáveis pela limpeza diária de todo ambiente hospitalar, inclusive das limpezas terminais no caso de alta, transferência e óbito, devem seguir todos os protocolos instituídos pela Comissão de Controle de Infecção hospitalar utilizando produtos de qualidade e serem qualificados e capacitados.The The presente work aims to show the importance of Concurrent & Terminal Disinfection, specially sanitization of hands which is one of the determining factors in order to prevent from countless infection cases mainly Cross Infection. Considering the ICU ( Intensive Care Unit ) area as the object of this study, it was obtained bibliographic review through digital platforms 52 articles, 23 of them were used and the others were discarded as not targeting this subject matter. As a result of our research it is essencial that the third-party companies which hold the responsible for the daily cleaning of all hospital environment, above all the Current & Terminal Disinfections considering that this environment has high turnovers and deaths, they must follow all the protocols established by the Hospital Infection Control Committe providing high quality products and also high qualified and capable professionals.
