Resumo
O assédio moral pode se traduzir como uma prática bem hostil dentro do ambiente de trabalho,
visto que seu conceito é caracterizado pelo ato de expor um trabalhador a situações de humilhação,
constrangimento e maus tratos durante o exercício de sua jornada de trabalho. Essa prática é mais
comum em relações de hierarquia autoritária, onde um funcionário apenas por possuir um cargo
mais alto se sente no direito de ter condutas negativas com outros, podendo gerar até danos
psicológicos irreparáveis. O presente trabalho tem como principal objetivo analisar essas práticas
de assédio moral dentro do ambiente trabalhista, mais especificamente quais seus tipos e variações.
Foi realizada uma pesquisa de campo na empresa X, onde o propósito era averiguar se os
funcionários sofriam algum tipo de assédio moral em seu ambiente de trabalho e se a própria
empresa tem alguma comunicação sobre o tema com seus empregados.
Moral harassment can be translated as a very hostile practice within the work environment, since its concept is characterized by the act of exposing a worker to situations of humiliation, embarrassment and mistreatment during the exercise of his workday. This practice is more common in authoritarian authority relationships, where an employee just because he has a higher load feels entitled to have negative conduct with others, which can even generate irreparable psychological damage. The main objective of this work is to analyze the practices of moral harassment within the work environment, more specifically what are their types and variations. A field survey was carried out in company X, where the objective was to verify if employees suffered some type of moral harassment in their work environment and if the company itself has any communication on the subject with its employees. We obtained a positive result, which indicated that the employees of company X do not suffer from moral harassment.
