Acidentes de trabalho

Abstract

Essa pesquisa tem como foco o acidente de trabalho. Dados segundo a Secretaria Especial da Previdência e Trabalho, registram mais de 16 mil casos em 2020, estatística que mostra um cenário alarmante. Propõe-se observar e analisar os direitos e os deveres das entidades com seus colaboradores, a fim de apresentar pontos conclusivos sobre o tema e a reflexão acerca do assunto abordado.This research is the object of the work accident. Data according to the Special Secretariat of Social Security and Labor, record more than 16,000 cases in 2020, a statistic that shows an alarming scenario. It is proposed to observe and analyze the rights and duties of entities with their collaborators, in order to present conclusive points on the subject and reflection on the subject addressed.
