Impacto pós-pandemia no e-comeerce em São Paulo

Abstract

O presente artigo busca identificar os impactos causados pela pandemia, oriunda do vírus Covid-19 com foco na região de São Paulo, enfatizando a crescente exponencial do e-commerce, responsável pela mudança na dinâmica de compras e alto consumo populacional. Mostrou-se também os diversos tipos de embalagens que surgiram através das compras online, a forma como são descartadas e como a logística reversa surge como uma solução. O trabalho foi desenvolvido utilizando o método de pesquisa bibliográfica sobre o tema e pesquisa de campo realizada com pessoas da região de Jundiaí, com intuito de apresentar e informar de forma clara as mudanças que ocorreram após o final declarado da pandemiaThis article seeks to identify the impacts caused by the pandemic, arising from the Covid-19 virus with a focus on the São Paulo region, emphasizing the exponential growth of e-commerce, responsible for the change in shopping dynamics and high population consumption. The different types of packaging that emerged through online shopping were also shown, the way they are discarded and how reverse logistics appears as a solution. The work was developed using the bibliographical research method on the topic and field research carried out with people from the Jundiaí region, with the aim of clearly presenting and informing the changes that occurred after the declared end of the pandemic.
