Resumo
No mundo globalizado, as mudanças organizacionais são constantes, exigindo que as
organizações adequem seus produtos e serviços. As mudanças costumam provocar
um clima organizacional instável e desconfortante, sendo necessário que a
organização tenha uma visão ampla do fator humano, sendo este o responsável por
executar a mudança dentro da organização. O presente trabalho aborda as
características do coaching e seus modelos, identifica os benefícios do coaching para
a organização e para seu colaborador, diante do cenário de constantes mudanças.
Após o levantamento dos conceitos foi realizado um estudo de caso com uma
cooperativa de médio porte que possuía um clima organizacional não satisfatório e
pouco colaboração entre os setores, no qual o coaching foi aplicado aos gestores com
o intuito de promover um corpo de colaboradores comprometidos que promovam
cooperação entre as áreas e alta produtividade.

After the concepts were surveyed, a case study was carried out with a medium-sized cooperative that had an unsatisfactory organizational climate and little collaboration between sectors, in which coaching was applied to managers with the intention of promoting a team of committed employees that promote cooperation between areas and high productivity.
