Resumo
Este artigo analisa o desenvolvimento do intraempreendedorismo como ferramenta estratégica para fortalecer a empregabilidade no cenário atual do mercado de trabalho. Em um ambiente marcado por rápidas transformações e elevada competitividade, torna-se essencial que os profissionais assumam postura ativa, inovadora e colaborativa dentro das organizações. A pesquisa foi realizada por meio de revisão bibliográfica, abordando conceitos de empreendedorismo, intraempreendedorismo e suas diferentes modalidades, como o social, feminino, individual e corporativo, relacionando-os ao desenvolvimento humano organizacional. O estudo evidencia o papel do setor de Recursos Humanos como mediador no estímulo ao perfil intraempreendedor, por meio de práticas de capacitação, programas de reconhecimento e ações voltadas para inovação.
This article analyzes the development of intrapreneurship as a strategic tool to strengthen employability in the current labor market. In an environment marked by rapid transformations and high competitiveness, it is essential that professionals take on an active, innovative, and collaborative role within organizations. The research was carried out through a bibliographic review, addressing concepts of entrepreneurship, intrapreneurship and its different modalities, such as social, female, individual and corporate, relating them to organizational human development. The study highlights the role of the Human Resources sector as a mediator in stimulating the intrapreneurial profile through training practices, recognition programs and actions aimed at innovation. The results indicate that encouraging intrapreneurship can generate a positive impact both for employees — by expanding their employability and career opportunities — and for companies, which benefit from more creative, engaged, and results-oriented teams. It is concluded that intrapreneurship is a competitive advantage capable of contributing to the sustainable growth of organizations and workers
