Resumo
O aumento da procura por alimentos saudáveis e a falta de tempo para introduzir essa prática alimentar no dia a dia, considerando que as pessoas estão buscando alimentação saudável, com produtos frescos e de boa qualidade, fez com que a procura por “delivery” aumentasse de forma significativa, principalmente no último ano, devido à pandemia do novo coronavírus. comportamento de compra de hortifruti do varejo tradicional e online. Para atingir os objetivos propostos neste estudo, foi realizada uma pesquisa embasada no método teórico prático estruturado e o método quantitativo para coletar informações que contribuíssem no desenvolvimento do trabalho. Com a pesquisa, obteve-se o resultado de que é preciso investir em tecnologias, inovação nas estratégias de venda e mão de obra qualificada para atender as expectativas dos consumidores.
The increase in the demand for healthy food and the lack of time to introduce this food practice in daily life, considering that people are seeking for healthy food, with fresh and good quality products, has caused the demand for delivery to increase significantly, especially in the last year due to the new coronavirus pandemic. The present work aims to analyze the buying behavior of horticultural products in traditional and online retailers. To achieve the objectives proposed in this work, a research was conducted based on the structured theoretical-practical method and the quantitative method to collect information that would contribute to the development of the work. The research showed that it is necessary to invest in technologies, innovation in sales strategies and skilled labor to meet the consumer expectations.
