Chatbot Mecânica Barbosa

Abstract

A criação de um chatbot é uma das atribuições dos egressos do curso de Tecnologia em Análise e Desenvolvimento de Sistemas. Este trabalho apresenta a criação do chatbot “Mecânica Barbosa” idealizado para tirar as dúvidas dos clientes da oficina através de um aplicativo de mensagens. O cliente enviará suas dúvidas e o bot responderá todas elas utilizando o “Telegram” para promover a interação entre os dois personagens. O texto traz todas as fases do desenvolvimento do chatbot.The creation of a chatbot is one of the attributions of the graduates of the Technology course in Systems Analysis and Development. This work presents the creation of the chatbot "Mecânica Barbosa" designed to answer the questions of the workshop's customers through a messaging application. The customer will send his questions and the bot will answer them all using "Telegram" to promote the interaction between the two characters. The text brings all the stages of the chatbot development.
