Abstract

O artigo demostra como o pequeno investidor que não tem conhecimento específico em operar em bolsa de valores, pode aportar recursos em empresas sólidas. Para isso, deve ser recomendado alguns conceitos acadêmicos em finanças, que poderão auxiliá-lo nas tomadas de decisões. Podendo aplicar recursos em empresas que mostrem performance financeira e rentabilidade, aquecendo o mercado da bolsa de valores. Observa-se que no ano de 2022, houve uma migração histórica de brasileiros que investiam em cadernetas de poupança para bolsa de valores. Observa-se o caso da empresa brasileira WEG MOTORES S/A, que se manteve líder no bolsa por 03 (três) anos consecutivos, especificamente 2020, 2021 e 2022, com uma administração sólida, focada em busca de melhoramentos contínuos, buscando novos mercados, parcerias e uma forte política de Governança e Compliance, o que a tornou uma forte candidata para receber recursos destes novos investidores.

The article shows how the small investor, who lacks specific knowledge of stock market operations, can invest in solid companies. To do this, it presents some academic concepts in finance that can provide them with tools to aid in decision-making, enabling them to invest in companies with financial performance and profitability, thereby stimulating the stock market. It is noted that in 2022, there was a historic migration of Brazilians who were investing in savings accounts to investing in the stock market. The article also presents WEG MOTORES S/A, a genuinely Brazilian company synonymous with financial security. It has maintained leadership in the stock market for 03 (three) consecutive years, specifically 2020, 2021, and 2022, with a solid administration focused on continuous improvements in increasing industrial capacity, seeking new markets, partnerships, and a strong Governance and Compliance policy, making it a strong candidate to receive investments from these new investors.
