Abstract

Este trabalho tem o objetivo, mostrar uma problemática encontrada frequentemente nas micro e pequenas empresas: a ausência de um processo de seleção e recrutamento. A falta deste torna todo o gerenciamento operacional das organizações mais difíceis, ocasionando, em empresas despreparadas, dificuldades para lidar com algumas situações, sendo assim, esse tema será estudado e será aplicado um manual para auxiliar o processo de seleção e recrutamento da empresa Irresistível. Consequentemente, ao seguir este plano, a organização se tornará mais eficiente na contratação dos funcionários e bons resultados, provavelmente, serão alcançadosThis work aim to show a problematic found frequently on the micro and small enterprises: the absence of a process of recruitment and selection. This absence makes all the operational management of the organizations more difficult, resulting, in unprepared enterprises, difficulties to handle with some situations, therefore, this subject will be studied and will be applied a manual to assist the process of recruitment and selection of the Irresistível enterprise. Consequently, following this plan, the organization will become more efficiently in the employment of staff and good results, probably, will be reached.
