Evolução da inteligência artificial generativa de imagens

Abstract

Este artigo analisa a evolução da Inteligência Artificial Generativa para a geração de imagens, destacando diferentes abordagens de métodos e ferramentas, utilizando pesquisa exploratória de artigos científicos. Inicialmente, aborda-se uma breve explicação sobre Inteligência Artificial (IA) e IA Generativa, junto de seu breve histórico e seus fundamentos. Além disso, o artigo explica e demonstra técnicas como Redes Adversárias Generativas, Autoencoders Variacionais e Modelos de Difusão. Por fim, o artigo mostra criações dos autores geradas por ferramentas de texto-para-imagem que aplicam as técnicas descritas.

This article analyzes the evolution of Generative Artificial Intelligence for image generation, highlighting different approaches to methods and tools, using exploratory research of scientific articles. Initially, a brief explanation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI is discussed, and some tools are highlighted. Important points will also be presented, such as brief history of generative AI and its foundations. Furthermore, the article explains and demonstrates techniques such as Generative Adversarial Networks, Variational Autoencoder and Diffusion Model. Finally, the article shows creations by the authors generated by text-to-image tools that use the described techniques.
