Abstract

O enfoque deste trabalho é o Direito Digital. Visando uma aproximação no âmbito da Rede, foi elaborada uma breve análise de como surgiu, o que é e como funciona a Internet. Posteriormente, é abordado e desenvolvido o tema central do trabalho, o Direito Digital e seus elementos, sendo explanado.The focus of this work is the digital right. Aiming at a rapprochement within the network, was drawn up a brief review of how emerged, which is and how works the internet.
