Fatores de sucesso e fracasso da implantação do sistemas ERP

Abstract

Este trabalho apresenta uma abordagem sobre a questão dos fatores críticos de sucesso e fracasso em projetos de implantação de sistemas ERP. O objetivo principal é verificar os fatores decisivos na implantação do sistema ERP, estabelecendo conceito, evolução e mercado do sistema ERP, elencando as principais estratégias, fases e boas práticas na implantação do ERP e a identificação dos principais fatores de sucesso e fracasso na implantação do sistema. Deste modo, este trabalho pretende evidenciar, através da pesquisa bibliográfica de vários autores renomados, publicações acadêmicas e revistas especializadas sobre os sistemas ERP, quais são os principais fatores de sucesso e fracasso para as organizações que desejam iniciar um processo de implantação de ERP. Ao final será apresentada uma proposta, para implementar um sistema ERP em uma empresa real de pequeno porte. Entre os resultados obtidos destaca-se a sistemática para a implantação de sistemas ERP, objetivo principal deste trabalho, além da apresentação e análise dos benefícios alcançados, na qual favorece a possibilidade de ganhos e eficiência dentro da organização, independentemente do tamanho, segmento ou funcionalidade. Portanto, seguindo as etapas pré-estabelecidas no projeto, independente do grau de investimento, demonstra-se viável e rentável a aquisição de um sistema ERP que possibilite o acesso de informações em tempo real, bem como a eliminação de retrabalho e a confiabilidade das informações gerenciais da empresa

This paper presents an approach on the question of critical success factors and failure in ERP systems implementation projects. The main objective is to verify the decisive factors in the implementation of the ERP system, establishing the concept, evolution and market of the ERP system, listing the main strategies, phases and good practices in ERP implementation and identifying the main factors of success and failure in the implementation of the ERP system. This paper aims to highlight, through the bibliographic research of several renowned authors, academic publications and specialized magazines about ERP systems, which are the main success and failure factors for organizations that wish to start an ERP implementation process. At the end will be presented a proposal, to implement an ERP system in a real small business. Among the results obtained, it is worth mentioning the systematics for ERP systems implementation, the main objective of this work, besides the presentation and analysis of the benefits achieved, which favors the possibility of gains and efficiency within the organization, regardless of size, segment or functionality. Therefore, following the preestablished steps in the project, regardless of the degree of investment, the acquisition of an ERP system that provides access to real-time information, as well as the elimination of rework and the reliability of the managerial information of the company
