Abstract

O objetivo deste Trabalho de Graduação foi identificar a viabilidade de abertura de um salão especializado em cabelos com curvatura na cidade de Sertãozinho - SP, utilizando o método de revisão bibliográfica com o propósito de analisar na literatura a maior quantidade de informações existentes sobre a execução de um plano de negócios, visando elaborar um documento que define estratégias para diminuir os riscos do empreendimento; também utilizou-se o modelo do SEBRAE-SC que tornou possível reunir dados de forma eficiente, facilitando a visualização das informações de forma clara e concluindo que os resultados obtidos indicaram que o empreendimento é viável e atende os critérios pré estabelecidos pela autora.The objective of this Graduation Work was to identify the feasibility of opening a salon specialized in hair with curvature in the city of Sertãozinho - SP, using the method of bibliographic review with the purpose of analyzing in the literature the largest amount of existing information about the execution of a business plan, aiming to prepare a document that defines strategies to reduce the risks of the enterprise; The SEBRAE-SC model was also used, which made it possible to gather data efficiently, facilitating the visualization of information in a clear way and concluding that the results obtained indicated that the enterprise is viable and meets the criteria pre-established by the author.
